Title: Boat and Boat Trailer Registration
Post by: Fishin Freak on May 28, 2004, 11:27:21 PM
I am purchasing a boat tomorrow (16 FT) as well as a trailer and I was wondering how I go about registering them? Where do the register the trailer? Is it the same place I register the boat (and where is that)? Does anyone know the costs involved? I am totally new to this so any info would help, thanks in advance!

Thanks for all the info! So do you have to pay PST or GST on the boat when you register it? Do they estimate how much you have to pay or what do they go by? For the trailer how much is it to insure for one year or say six months?
