Title: WTB Manual Downrigger

As the title says, I'm looking for a manual downrigger as well as some trolling gear suitable for kokanee and rainbow (level wind/baitcaster).  I live in the interior of BC (Thompson/Shuswap).  My budget is modest, so I can't afford to buy the top of the line gear that even used is $300.  Doesn't have to be pretty, just not broken.  I fish from a 14' aluminum tinnie.
