Which part of capilano river, good for fly fishing?

Anywhere you can get access to with a rope and if you can roll cast a full sinking line.  The further downstream you go the easier it gets.  If you have difficulty roll casting the full sinker, then you will struggle and your best bet with the current low water conditions is to fish the estuary and off the beech, where you only have to worry about the wind.

Yep - river is VERY low. Better luck off the beach...
