I have been trying all afternoon .....

It keeps denying me .... invalid postal code? I used my residence address .... no luck. I used my work address ... no luck.

Make sure you have a space in the middle of the postal code. eg "V3F 0A8", not "V3F0A8".

I tried it as you suggested and it worked. It seems it was an operator error.
