The lower Fraser Area recreational fishery preliminary estimates (up to October 15th) are available on Fisheries and Oceans Canada's recreational fishery webpage. Creel survey is a method used by fishery managers to estimate seasonal catches. The following recreational fishery assessments are being/have been conducted this year:
