Reaction Fly & Tackle Fly Tying Challenge

We have decided to motivate some of the local fly tiers to show off their talents.

Starting Thursday, November 23 - we have put together a bag of materials. Every bag has the same materials, it will be up the individual tier and his/her imagination.

Fly tying contest rules:

• Must purchase a bag with selected feathers in it.
• Cost is $10 and includes this month.
• Every month we will have new material to tie with.
• Can use any hook you already have (change it up and use different hooks).
• Make as many different patterns as you want (more the better).
• Once a month at fly tying class we will pick the best tied “BUG”. It will be displayed in a picture frame for at the store.
• The winner gets a $20 gift certificate for RFT. And the chance to tie his/her fly the night of the draw (or have someone else tie it.)
