The Pacific Salmon Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization with a long-term commitment to the conservation and rehabilitation of wild Pacific salmon stocks and their habitat.
Operating independently from government, the PSF forges partnerships with communities, First Nation representatives, provincial and federal government agencies and non-profit organizations to seek funding and resources to support community stewardship of Pacific salmon.
Objectives of the Pacific Salmon Foundation:
- To promote the conservation, rehabilitation and enhancement of Pacific salmon for the benefit of present and future generations, and
- To provide a funding mechanism for projects promoting the conservation, rehabilitation and enhancement of Pacific salmon through our Community Salmon Program.
