BC - For British Columbia’s boating fans, the 45th annual
Vancouver International Boat Show (VIBS) signals the start of the
boating and summer season. This “one-stop-shop” is the
largest boat show in Western Canada with over 300 exhibitors and
the latest and greatest in kayaks, canoes, gear and boats for every
budget. See and board the biggest boats at the Show at the expanded
in-water venue at False Creek Yacht Club.
Check out the new “How-To” stage with seminars on everything
from knot-tying to docking. Visit the Discover Boating Centre staffed
by enthusiastic boaters who love to share their passion for boating,
and who can offer unbiased advice on the right boat for you. Children
can visit the Kids’ Zone featuring hands-on interactive fun
and paddle-boat rides. Sailfest and the sail grinder display, the
new product showcase, speakers, and some of the best boat deals
of the year all await you at the VIBS.
The Vancouver International Boat Show runs February 8-12, 2006
at BC Place Stadium and the False Creek Yacht Club. Check our
