We are back in 2008!

The goal of Fish for the Future 2008 is to promote sportfishing and other outdoor activities to youth and families in British Columbia. We are inviting families across the Greater Vancouver Region to participate in our hands-on activities.

On July 12th, you will be able to take part in numerous fun tasks such as fishing for local fish species, flycasting, fly tying, fish & bugs identification, and many other games. It will be a family oriented event that informs the general public of the importance of conservation and respect.

Fish for the Future 2008 is located at the scenic and peaceful London's Landing in historical Steveston Village.

Directions
To get there, drive southbound on No 2 Road until the end, turn left at the T-junction onto London Road. Follow the road until you reach London's Landing at the corner. Please note that parking is very limited, so we welcome participants to carpool, cycle or walk down to the venue as the City of Richmond has an excellent network of bike/walk trails.

June 16th, 2008 - We are now less than one month away from the 6th annual Fish for the Future! Exhibitors and activities for this year's event is now finalized and it is the biggest line-up since we started the event in 2003!
